I’m a senior product designer with over eight years of experience, specialising in complex problem spaces and turning them into clear, usable products that stand up in the real world.

Most of my work sits at the intersection of product strategy, UX and delivery. I’ve designed consumer and B2B products across fintech, marketplaces and operational tools, often in environments where decisions are constrained by regulation, scale, or messy real-life workflows. I’m comfortable owning problems end to end, from early research and framing through to prototyping, testing, handover and iteration in production.

I care deeply about clarity. Whether I’m designing a booking flow, a discovery experience, or a financial tool, my focus is on reducing uncertainty at key decision points. I spend a lot of time understanding where users hesitate, what information they actually need, and how structure and sequencing can make complex tasks feel manageable. I’m particularly interested in how small design decisions compound into meaningful improvements in confidence, conversion and efficiency.

I work best in close collaboration with product managers and engineers. I like being involved early, shaping scope and priorities, and making thoughtful trade-offs rather than designing in isolation. I’m pragmatic about experimentation, comfortable using data and testing to guide decisions, and I value shipping, learning and improving over chasing perfection.

I’m also intentional about how I use AI in my work. I use it to accelerate research synthesis, explore multiple design directions quickly, and reduce repetitive tasks, while keeping human judgement at the centre of every decision that affects users.

Ultimately, I’m motivated by teams that value craft, clear thinking and impact. I enjoy working on products that solve real problems, respect users’ time, and get better through iteration rather than hype.
